Returns & refunds
Puppies grow fast and sizes are hard to guess, so returns are simple. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Shopify once your parcel is checked in.
30 days on physical items
Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by replying to your order confirmation email with your order number.
Chewed, loved and worn
Items that have been used by a puppy can't be resold, so they aren't eligible for a standard refund — but if something failed early, tell us and we'll make it right.
Faulty or damaged
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage.
Digital downloads
Printables and courses are non-returnable once the download link has been opened. If a file won't open or print, contact us and we'll fix or replace it.
